Fireworks expolode over the Queen Elizabeth II in Southampton as it leaves on its final voyage to Dubai on November 11, 2008 in Southampton, England. Thousands of people are expected to line Southampton Water this evening to wave the ship off as part of the the celebrations before it leaves for Dubai. The Duke of Edinburgh will lead the farewells, which include fireworks a flypast and a poppy drop. The 40-year-old liner will be turned into a floating hotel in Dubai.
